Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Sprinter Van Driver and become a vital part of our logistics and delivery network! In this energetic role, you’ll be the friendly face behind the wheel, ensuring timely, safe, and efficient deliveries to our valued customers. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help us maintain exceptional service standards while navigating urban and suburban routes with confidence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your commercial driving skills and contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a sprinter van to pick up and deliver goods across designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Follow daily pickup and delivery instructions from dispatch
  • Load and unload cargo efficiently, utilizing equipment necessary, while ensuring proper handling of goods.
  • Communicate clearly with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure optimal safety and maintenance standards are met.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting recipients professionally, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate delivery documentation, and reports in compliance with company policies
  • Collect and submit signed Proof of Delivery (POD) after each delivery

Requirements

  • Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent appropriate for operating sprinter vans in your region
  • Experience in commercial driving. Minimum 4 years
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and customers
  • A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiar with GTA and surrounding areas
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible
  • Able to use GPS, smartphone, and delivery applications
  • Able to work independently and follow dispatch instructions
