Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Delivery Driver to join our coffee roasting team. This role is focused on supporting all areas of coffee production and distribution, including roasting support, packaging and bagging coffee, warehouse operations, and delivering fresh coffee to our café locations and wholesale customers.

The ideal candidate is organized, physically capable, safety-focused, and passionate about specialty coffee. You will play an important role in ensuring our roasted coffee is packaged accurately, delivered on time, and handled with care from roastery to café.

A valid Class 5 Driver’s License and Forklift Certification are required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company delivery vehicles to transport roasted coffee, supplies, and equipment to café locations and customers
  • Assist with coffee roasting production, including staging green coffee, moving roasted batches, and supporting daily roastery operations
  • Accurately bag, seal, label, and package roasted coffee for retail, wholesale, and café use
  • Load and unload products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
  • Organize and maintain warehouse, roasting, and storage areas to ensure cleanliness and efficiency
  • Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and maintaining coffee and packaging supplies
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and professionally
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures related to forklift operation, lifting, warehouse operations, and driving
  • Coordinate with the roasting and café teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery schedules
  • Maintain high standards of quality control and care when handling coffee products

Qualifications

  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required and Forklift Certification required
  • Previous warehouse, delivery, or production experience preferred
  • Experience in coffee roasting, food production, or specialty coffee is an asset
  • Ability to safely lift and move heavy loads throughout the workday
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Passion for coffee and interest in specialty coffee culture is considered a strong asset
