Ecom Logistics is hiring Delivery Drivers for our Brampton operation.

This is a physically active, fast-paced delivery position involving driving, frequent entry and exit from a delivery vehicle, lifting and carrying packages, walking to residential and commercial properties, and completing an assigned delivery route safely and efficiently.

Work Location

This position is based in Brampton, Ontario. Drivers must be able to reliably report to the Brampton work location for all scheduled shifts.

Pay, Schedule & Workload

• $20.00 per hour
• Full-time opportunities available
• Shift Start: 10:30 AM
• Shift Length: approximately 10 hours
• Operations run 7 days a week; scheduled workdays will vary
• Approximately 40 hours per week
• Deliver approximately 300–350 packages per shift, depending on route volume and operational requirements
• Frequent stops and repeated entry/exit from the delivery vehicle throughout the shift
• Routes include residential and commercial deliveries within Brampton and surrounding communities
• Paid training and onboarding provided
• In addition to your regular hourly pay, eligible drivers may have opportunities to earn additional incentives. Incentive programs are subject to eligibility requirements, program terms and business needs

What You Will Be Doing

• Scan, sort and load packages onto the delivery vehicle at the beginning of your shift
• Drive an assigned delivery route throughout Brampton and surrounding communities
• Deliver packages safely and accurately to residential and commercial locations
• Frequently enter and exit the delivery vehicle throughout the shift
• Walk, bend, lift and carry packages weighing up to approximately 75 lbs throughout the workday
• Use delivery applications/GPS to navigate, scan and confirm deliveries
• Complete assigned routes while meeting safety, delivery and customer-service expectations
• Conduct basic vehicle safety checks
• Report delivery issues, delays, incidents or safety concerns promptly
• Work independently in a fast-paced delivery environment and in varying weather conditions
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable road regulations

Minimum Requirements

To move forward in the hiring process, candidates must:

• Hold a valid G-class driver’s license [G2 licences are not eligible for this position]
• Have at least 1 year of driving experience
• Have a driving record that meets company/insurance requirements
• Successfully complete the required driver's abstract and criminal background screening
• Be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Be able to meet applicable company vehicle, licensing and insurance requirements
• Be comfortable driving for extended periods
• Be physically able to perform the requirements of the position, with accommodation where required
• Be comfortable using GPS/navigation and mobile delivery applications

Previous courier/delivery experience and experience operating a sprinter van or similar commercial delivery vehicle are considered assets.

Hiring & Onboarding Process

The hiring and onboarding process includes required eligibility/documentation checks, driver and background screening, a road test, training and onboarding.

The process may take approximately one week, depending on completion of the required checks and training.
