Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled vacuum / pump truck driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a vacuum truck safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to operate various types of vehicles and equipment. This position allows for a 10hr 4 day work week.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate vacuum and pump trucks to transport liquids, sludge, or other materials to designated locations
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.

Skills

  • Proven experience operating a vacuum truck driving with a valid BCDL Class1, Class 3 or a Class 5 with air endorsement.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
