• Fast track to $25/hr — once we establish you're a strong fit on the team, typically within your first month, your rate increases to $25/hr
• Top performers can earn up to $30/hr as you build your track record with us
• $20 bonus every time a client leaves a 5-star Google review on your work. Do great work, get paid for it twice. Our top contractors add $200 a month this way.
• $250 referral bonus when you bring in a contractor who sticks past 90 days.
• Up to $2,250 bi-weekly at full-time hours (about 40–45 hrs/week).
• Paid bi-weekly by direct deposit. On time, every time — ask anyone on our team.
• Unlimited work — part-time or full-time hours available, as much as you want to take on

You Should Have:

• Minimum 6 months of residential cleaning experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Ability to pass a background check
• Your own basic cleaning supplies (we can discuss details)
