About the Opportunity

An established local service organization is seeking a dependable and service-minded individual to join its team. As the Customer Service & Delivery Representative, you will complete scheduled pickups and deliveries while providing a professional, respectful and helpful experience to clients and partner locations.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys being active, working independently, meeting people and taking pride in reliable service. Success comes from sound judgment, attention to detail, discretion and the ability to represent the organization positively in every interaction.

What You'll Do

· Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries throughout Guelph and the surrounding area.

· Handle and transport items carefully, safely and in accordance with established procedures.

· Provide courteous, professional and respectful service to clients and partner locations.

· Maintain accurate pickup, delivery and special-instruction records.

· Communicate promptly with office or dispatch staff about schedule changes, delays or service issues.

· Keep the company vehicle clean, organized and ready for safe operation; promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.

· Follow all applicable driving, safety, privacy and handling requirements.

· Support other operational duties as required and contribute positively to the broader team.

What You'll Bring

· A valid driver's licence and a driving record acceptable for operation of a company vehicle.

· The physical ability to safely lift and transport items weighing up to 120 lbs and remain active throughout the workday.

· A dependable, punctual and self-directed approach to work.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and considerate manner.

· Sound judgment, discretion and respect for client privacy and confidential information.

· Good organization, attention to detail and the ability to follow schedules and instructions accurately.

· Flexibility to adapt to changing daily routes, priorities and service needs.
