Delivery Driver (Independent Contractor), Scarborough / East York, Toronto

EIA ExpressCourier last-mile. is hiring last mile delivery drivers for dense, efficient routes in Scarborough and East York. Start date: October 20th.

PAY

$1.40 to $1.50 per parcel Expected volume of 150 to 300 parcels per driver, depending biweekly.ize Pabiweeklykly by direct deposit or e-transfer

THE DAILY PLAN

You’ll need to pick up your routes atthe Scarborough warehouse between 5:30 AM to 6:00 AM. You’ve got an hour to get everything scanned, labeled, and loaded. All deliveries need to be done by 5:00 PM. We run seven days a week, but you have to work at least five.

ABOUT THE ROUTES

The routes are packed tight in specific areas to cut down on driving and boost efficiency. The goal is to drop off more packages at each stop and spend less time on the road.

INSURANCE

No commercial insurance needed.

EXPERIENCE

Previous work with UniUni, Apple Express, GoBolt, Canada Post, UPS, FedEx or Amazon willsucceedou do well here.

REQUIREMENTS

Able to start immediately

Reliable vehicle suited to your parcel volume

Valid driver's licence

Comfortable using a smartphone to scan parcels
