Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) gestionnaire expérimenté(e) pour superviser une équipe dédiée à la gestion et au support de comptes stratégiques.
Cette personne jouera un rôle clé dans la coordination des opérations quotidiennes, l'accompagnement de l'équipe ainsi que le maintien d'un haut niveau de satisfaction auprès de nos clients stratégiques. Il/Elle assurera une visibilité constante sur la santé des comptes, favorisera une approche proactive auprès des clients et contribuera à l'amélioration continue des pratiques de l'équipe.
Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) possède un leadership mobilisateur, un excellent sens de l'organisation et la capacité de mettre en place un cadre de travail rigoureux permettant à l'équipe d'atteindre ses objectifs tout en offrant une expérience client exceptionnelle.
Ce que vous ferez
- Encadrer, soutenir et mobiliser une équipe de gestionnaires de comptes afin d'assurer l'atteinte des objectifs de performance et de satisfaction client.
- Assurer une supervision proactive des activités de l'équipe et veiller à ce qu'aucun dossier critique ou demande client ne demeure sans suivi.
- Maintenir une visibilité constante sur la santé des comptes stratégiques à l'aide des indicateurs de performance et des différents outils de suivi.
- Agir comme point d'escalade auprès des clients et des équipes internes lors de situations complexes ou sensibles.
- Développer et maintenir des relations de proximité avec les clients stratégiques afin de favoriser une expérience client positive et durable.
- Planifier, préparer et animer des rencontres de suivi, revues d'affaires, présentations clients et post-mortems lorsque requis.
- Présenter régulièrement l'état de santé des comptes stratégiques ainsi que les principaux indicateurs de performance à la direction.
- Mettre en place et renforcer les processus, standards et bonnes pratiques afin d'assurer une exécution uniforme et rigoureuse au sein de l'équipe.
- Accompagner, coacher et développer les membres de l'équipe afin de favoriser leur croissance professionnelle et l'amélioration continue des résultats.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les différents départements afin d'assurer une coordination efficace des activités liées aux comptes stratégiques.
Ce que nous cherchons
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en gestion d’équipe dans un environnement de service à la clientèle, de support ou de gestion de comptes.
- Excellentes habiletés de communication en français et en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Forte orientation client et excellentes aptitudes relationnelles.
- Leadership mobilisateur et capacité à encadrer, développer et faire progresser une équipe.
- Capacité à instaurer un cadre de travail structuré et à assurer un suivi rigoureux des opérations.
- Excellente capacité d’organisation et aptitude à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
- Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à utiliser les indicateurs de performance pour soutenir la prise de décision.
- Expérience dans la gestion de comptes stratégiques et la gestion de situations complexes.
- Expérience dans la préparation et l’animation de rencontres clients (un atout).

Strategic Support Manager
Your Role
We are currently seeking an experienced manager to oversee a team dedicated to supporting and managing strategic accounts.
This individual will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting and developing the team, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction among our strategic clients. They will ensure ongoing visibility into account health, promote a proactive approach to client management, and contribute to the continuous improvement of team practices and processes.
The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with excellent organizational skills and the ability to establish a structured, results-driven environment that enables the team to achieve its objectives while delivering an exceptional client experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead, support, and motivate a team of Account Managers to achieve performance and client satisfaction objectives.
- Provide proactive oversight of team activities and ensure that critical client issues and requests are addressed in a timely manner.
- Maintain visibility into the health of strategic accounts through performance metrics and various tracking tools.
- Act as an escalation point for clients and internal teams in complex or sensitive situations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients to foster a positive and long-term client experience.
- Plan, prepare, and facilitate client meetings, business reviews, presentations, and post-mortem discussions as required.
- Regularly present account health updates and key performance indicators to leadership.
- Establish and strengthen processes, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and operational excellence across the team.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to support their professional growth and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination of activities related to strategic accounts.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing teams in a customer service, support, or account management environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Strong client focus and exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Proven leadership ability with experience coaching, developing, and motivating teams.
- Ability to establish structure and ensure rigorous operational follow-through.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Experience managing strategic accounts and handling complex client situations.
- Experience preparing and facilitating client meetings and presentations is considered an asset.
