Full job description
Compass Community Health offers primary care health services and health promotion programs to diverse communities and individuals.
We are currently seeking a:
Quality Improvement & Decision Support Specialist
Permanent Full-Time (37.50 hours/week)
Annual Salary Range: $61,297 - $70,555
What we’re looking for:
- A self-motivated, avid data management professional with a get-things-done attitude!
- Passion for data management and data quality control and has at least 2-3 years of experience in Data Management and Reporting
- Strong communication skills, tech savvy and works well with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
What you can expect to do:
- Provide Data Management functions
- Data Standardization and Data Quality Control
- Decision Support and Data Analysis
- Assist in maintaining Health Centre Electronic Client Records System
- Development of Data Information Reports
- Participate in Regional User Group meetings
- Travel to partner sites as needed
