Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to foster a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will be committed to supporting children's developmental needs, promoting early learning skills, and creating a positive classroom atmosphere. Duties

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards
  • Facilitate engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
  • Observe and assess individual children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment for all children, including those with disabilities
  • Support children in developing social skills, independence, and positive behavior management
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum activities and share best practices
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental milestones, and other required documentation
  • Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and classroom events
