Position: Salesforce Business Analyst
Experience: 6+ Years
Location: Canada
Employment Type: Long-Term Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with 6+ years of experience in business analysis and strong hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, translating business needs into Salesforce solutions, and supporting successful implementation and enhancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across various business functions.
  • Work closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to define effective CRM solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business process documentation.
  • Analyze existing Salesforce processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and improved user experience.
  • Work extensively with Salesforce capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, workflows, reports, dashboards, objects, fields, validation rules, and automation.
  • Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, stakeholder meetings, workshops, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user acceptance testing.
  • Create and maintain business process models, data mappings, functional specifications, and Salesforce solution documentation.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Support UAT, including test scenario creation, defect validation, issue tracking, and business sign-off.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience working on Salesforce implementations or enhancement projects.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce CRM platform and Salesforce business processes.
  • Experience working with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, data relationships, business processes, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and automation.
  • Proven experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
