Customer Relations & Logistics Specialist (DZ Licensed)

The Opportunity:
Are you an experienced DZ driver who takes pride in providing outstanding customer service? At Peel Meat Packers, our drivers are much more than transportation professionals - they are the face of our company and an important part of the customer experience.

This is a physically demanding, hands-on position that combines commercial driving with the delivery and handling of premium meat products. We're looking for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, enjoys staying active, and takes pride in doing the job right.

What You’ll Do:

• Customer Experience: Serve as our on-site expert, building rapport with Customers and proactively resolving concerns to ensure a premium service experience.
• Professional Representation: Maintain a clean, professional appearance and a well-kept vehicle, as you are the frontline representative of our brand in the community.
• Consultative Service: Communicate Customer’s feedback to our operations team to help us improve service and identify new ways to support our customers.
• Precision Logistics: Safely operate DZ-class vehicles while managing complex delivery schedules and ensuring all documentation (Logs, Invoices, etc) are handled with high attention to detail.
• On-Site Leadership: Safely unload or assist in the white-glove offloading of boxes and carcasses, ensuring they are placed exactly where the Customer needs them with zero damage.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ontario DZ Driver’s License with a clean CVOR and Driver’s Abstract.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience with a proven track record of safety.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments.
• A "customer-first" mindset and the ability to think critically to solve on-site logistics challenges.

Pay: $27.50-$32.50 per hour
