What will your typical day look like?
You will be an integral part of a team that delivers world-class learning experiences for all Deloitte University North participants.
- Program planning: support senior members of the team with planning meetings, tracking milestone dates, manage registrations sites, oversee communications, arrange social components and support vendor contracts on program deliveries. Independently plan standardized programs with established delivery models.
- On-site program delivery: contact for live programs (on-site at Deloitte Bay-Adelaide office) – flexible working hours required, troubleshoot and escalate issues, assist with attendance and accreditation.
- Project & admin support: support special projects, help design presentations, support reporting needs.
About the team
As part of Learning & Development, the coordinator position on the DU Experience team works with the wider DU Experience team and the program development teams to execute in-person firmwide learnings at our dedicated learning space: Deloitte University.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are someone with these required skills, experience and qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an event co-ordination, hospitality or operations role
- Accuracy and attention to detail while multi-tasking as well as the ability to work independently, under time pressure and deal effectively under stress
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Suite, Cvent or other event management software
- Flexibility with working hours (on-site responsibilities and possible evenings and weekends
It would be great for you to have some of these nice to have’s as well:
- Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National clients, bilingualism in French and English is an asset
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $47,000 - $78,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
