Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly communicative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Manage data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and transaction details.
  • Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints.
  • Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer experience and company revenue.
  • Conduct analysis of customer feedback and interactions to identify areas for service improvement.
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery across all channels.
  • Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in both English and Spanish as needed.
