About the Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will build and lead strategic customer partnerships that drive RBH’s commercial priorities and support the growth of Reduced Risk Products (RRP). Working closely with customers and cross-functional teams, you will develop joint business plans, strengthen account relationships, and deliver initiatives that support volume, profit, market share, and long-term growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute joint business plans for designated regional accounts in line with commercial strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and internal partners to support account growth and execution.
  • Use data, insights, and business performance analysis to identify opportunities and drive fact-based decisions.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and trading terms that maximize revenue, profit, and performance.
  • Manage trade spend and account budgets in collaboration with Commercial Finance.
  • Partner with Field Sales, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Commercial Intelligence, Sales Planning, and Trade to ensure strong retail execution.
  • Define account strategies, objectives, KPIs, merchandising standards, pricing guidelines, and trade programs.
  • Monitor RBH and competitor performance to improve program effectiveness and minimize commercial risks.
  • Prepare and lead business reviews with accounts and support assigned National Account initiatives.


What we are looking for

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of progressive sales management experience, preferably in FMCG.
  • Key account management experience is an asset.
  • Experience with customer relationships, commercial agreements, business reviews, trade programs, or account performance is an asset.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to turn data and insights into action.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Nielsen, POS data, and category management is an asset.
  • Strong project management and attention to detail.
  • Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
