Full job description

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent for busy airport hotel. Must be available for shift work and weekends

Responsibilities:

  • Register and assign rooms to guests
  • Confirm phone and online reservations
  • Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
  • Collect payment from departing guests
  • Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
  • Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments

Qualifications:

  • Previous hotel front desk, experience is required
  • Experience using OPERA or a similar property management system is required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to build positive relationships with guests and coworkers
  • Dependable, professional, and comfortable working overnight shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
