We are looking for detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinators to join our team!

Notes: This is NOT a transportation position or an outbound call centre.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers via email, phone, and warehouse portals
  • Process customer orders accurately and on time, including data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or other internal systems
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams (receiving, shipping, inventory) to ensure smooth execution of customer requests
  • Organize and input orders into our WMS and monitor inventory levels of different SKUs on behalf of our customers
  • Generate inbound and outbound documents and coordinate with the applicable teams in processing customer order instructions
  • Monitor order status and provide customers with updates on shipment, inventory, and service inquiries
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, discrepancies, or service concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate customer records, reports, and documentation
  • Support daily administrative tasks including preparing reports, updating spreadsheets, and filing documents
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to customer service and operational efficiency

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum one (1) year of WMS order entry experience
  • Minimum one (1) year of 3PL customer service experience
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong detail-orientation, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and/or collaboratively
