```Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker or 3rd or 4th Year Apprentices to join our team. As a Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for constructing, assembe & install all aspects of millwork according to specifications. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various materials.

Are manufacturing plant in located south of Strathmore with most of our work within Calgary our vision is to work 4 day work weeks 10 hour days Monday to Thursday with extra hours on Friday if needed.

We also expect our team to also engage in the installation of the products you manufacture this will be mostly within Calgary, which would account for roughly a couple weeks at the manufacturing facility then a week onsite.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials
- Assemble cabinets using hand tools and power tools
- Install hardware such as hinges, handles, and knobs
- Sand and finish cabinets to ensure a smooth surface
- Inspect finished cabinets for quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Skills:
- Proficiency in cabinet making techniques and methods
- Experience with veneering, finishing and cabinet installation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements
- Knowledge of different types of wood and their characteristics
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cabinet making
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
