Millworker/Cabinet Maker

Norelco Cabinets is a locally owned and operated cabinet manufacturing company known for quality craftsmanship and award-winning cabinetry. We are looking for an experienced Millworker/Cabinet Maker to join our production team.

If you have strong woodworking skills, take pride in producing quality work, and enjoy working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Read and interpret shop drawings accurately.
  • Fabricate and assemble custom millwork and cabinetry.
  • Perform standard joinery and woodworking techniques.
  • Work with materials including veneer, laminate, solid wood, and curved woodwork.
  • Safely operate woodworking machinery such as planers, jointers, thickness sanders, and other shop equipment.
  • Produce quality millwork efficiently and according to specifications.
  • Inspect your work to ensure quality, accuracy, fit, and finish.
  • Safely lift and move cabinets, materials, and components.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to meet quality and production goals.
  • Perform other duties related to the position as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in millwork, cabinetmaking, joinery, finishing carpentry, or a similar woodworking role.
  • Experience reading and working from shop drawings.
  • Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, machinery, and tools.
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to good attendance.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude.
  • Able to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting and moving cabinets and materials.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to understand work instructions, shop drawings, and safety requirements.

Only those applicants with 3 + years of experience will be considered.
