Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous experience or knowledge of crushing and screening
  • Valid driver's license
  • Previous leadership or supervisor experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
  • Basic computer knowledge

Day in the Life

We’re on the hunt for a Crushing Foreperson to lead the charge in our quarry. As the captain of crushing, you’ll ensure that daily operations are carried out in accordance with company protocols and inspect work in progress to ensure quality meets all specifications, adjusting schedules accordingly. You will provide leadership to the crew and facilitate a safe work culture, ensuring all health, safety, and environmental policies are being adhered to. You will review all completed work, ensuring appropriate documentation and administrative duties such as time sheets and inspections are completed, tracking quantities and production. The preventative maintenance schedule must be followed, ensuring all required maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment and plant to ensure quality and production.
