We are committed to sourcing exceptional and fresh ingredients to deliver the best Crepe Cake experience to our customers.


Job Overview:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Front Server at our new store in Richmond. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for the dessert and beverage industry, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!


Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in placing orders, offering recommendations, and addressing any inquiries they may have.
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to our quality standards and recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a welcoming environment for our customers.


Requirements:

  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin, Cantonese is an asset.
  • Strong work ethic and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
  • Willingness to work hard and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attention to detail, along with patience and a calm demeanor.
  • Flexible working hours include weekdays and weekends.
