Role and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our Wealth team in the term role of Wealth Support Officer – Mutual Funds. Reporting to the Wealth Services Supervisor, this administrative support position plays a key role in delivering seamless back-end support for our Wealth Specialists and ensuring an excellent experience for our members.

Play a key role within the team as you provide:
Comprehensive Administrative Support for our Wealth Specialists:
Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to Wealth Specialists, including preparing and organizing documents, managing appointment scheduling, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.
Record Management & Member File Maintenance:
Maintain timely and precise record-keeping. Ensure all investment-related activities are documented in alignment with regulatory and internal standards. Maintain accurate and compliant member records by updating files regularly and adhering to MFDA and internal compliance requirements.
Regulatory Compliance:
Assist in audits and ensure all required documentation is complete and properly stored.
Reporting, Documentation & Internal Liaison:
Prepare member reports, investment summaries, and related documentation as needed. Act as a key point of contact for internal teams regarding mutual fund processes, providing timely and helpful responses to inquiries.
Exceptional Member Service & Experience:
Deliver professional, courteous, and timely service to members by responding to inquiries, supporting related needs, and ensuring a positive experience throughout all interactions related to wealth services.
Qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative, financial services, or credit union environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling sensitive member and financial information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A working knowledge of mutual fund operations or willingness to learn.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with financial systems and databases.
