The Opportunity
We're looking for a creative, organized, and collaborative Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator to join our
Marketing team. In this role, you'll help bring the Novus brand to life by creating engaging visual content and
coordinating marketing initiatives across digital, print, web, advertising, and other customer touchpoints. You'll
work closely with colleagues across the organization and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing
campaigns from concept to completion.

What You'll Be Doing
Brand Stewardship

Champion the Novus brand across every customer and employee touchpoint. Ensure our brand guidelines are
consistently applied across digital, print, web, social media, advertising, and internal communications. Review
creative with a critical eye for quality, consistency, and accuracy, and actively contribute to the ongoing evolution
of the Novus brand.

Creative & Marketing Asset Development

• Design compelling marketing materials for digital and print campaigns, sales collateral, presentations,

signage, email marketing, social media, and internal communications.

• Develop creative assets that align with marketing objectives and reinforce the Novus brand.
• Prepare artwork for production and coordinate with print and production vendors as required.
  

Website, Landing Pages & Digital Experience

• Maintain and update the company website and landing pages using our content management system.
• Optimize content for user experience, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Support the development of new web content and digital experiences.
  

Cross-Functional & Vendor Coordination

• Partner with teams across the organization to turn ideas and business objectives into engaging, effective

marketing materials.

• Coordinate with external agencies, printers, photographers, and other vendors.
• Balance multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines while keeping stakeholders informed and projects

moving forward.

Digital Advertising & Analytics

• Support the execution of digital advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports to help optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Assist with marketing analytics, reporting, and campaign improvements.
  

Other Marketing Duties

• Jump in on other marketing initiatives and special projects as needed—we're a collaborative team that

enjoys helping each other succeed.

• Stay current on design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.

What You'll Bring

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in graphic design and marketing coordination.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with website content management systems.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and design principles.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
