We currently have an opening for an ambitious Project Coordinator in our Calgary branch for an existing vacancy. This full-time position offers tremendous growth opportunities, including diverse projects, supported career development, and potential for advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate various steps and functions of the project from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution according to schedule, specifications, and budget.
• Prepare and analyze construction project estimates, shop drawings, and schedules using architectural drawings and hardware detailing per specifications.
• Manage logistics of moving goods from vendor to customer and oversee material and quantity take-offs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with project managers, site superintendents, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and coordination.
• Create, process, and manage project documentation, change orders, technical drawings, and progress claims.
• Liaise with departments like procurement, manufacturing, and installation to ensure timely delivery and project feasibility.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and maintain product and project-related communications.
• Draft or revise shop drawings as needed, utilizing CAD software and company databases.
• Monitor progress against construction schedules and update project stakeholders as necessary.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, identifying and reporting unsafe work practices or conditions.

Your Skills:

• Diploma in Construction Technology, Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of construction project coordination experience.
• Proven understanding of project work and industry requirements including Divisions 8 and 10 scopes of work.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
