Owner Operator Driver

Are you looking for a flexible job that allows you to use your electric vehicle to make a difference in your community while earning competitive pay? We are hiring dedicated and reliable delivery drivers to join our eco-friendly team! As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages to customers, helping us meet demand in an efficient and environmentally conscious way.

Position: Self-employed Courier/Delivery Driver

Status: Full-time (Saturday required), 4-6 days per week

Location: Ottawa, Ontario

Compensation: $800 - 1200 Weekly (Depending on how many days you work). We pay bi-weekly, and your payout depends on the number of packages you deliver.

Your role will also involve:

  • maintaining accurate records of deliveries through our app,
  • adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations, and
  • communicating effectively with customers and dispatchers.

Requirements:

  • Must own and operate an electric vehicle
  • Valid G class or Class 5 driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to work independently
  • Must have experience driving in Canada's winter season.
  • Must have an Android Smartphone with a sufficient data plan.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
