Full job description

Need a professional Carpenter who is specializes in Exterior carpentry and handyman work. Other requirements are:

  • worked for at least 8-10 years + in either trades
  • job locations are in Toronto and the GTA area
  • MUST have a car or preferably a van to get rid of junk at job sites
  • must have all your own saws, and other tools as well
  • must love their job and be committed to customer satisfaction and take pride in their work
  • must be a team player and be able to work in a team setting with fellow co-workers

General knowledge of all different trades but specializing in:

  • General finished carpentry - exterior - decks, fences, bay windows, tudor boards, rotting windows and trim, and anything else requiring a saw
  • Hardwood/vinyl floors installation
  • Crown moulding
  • General handyman jobs that would do with residential.
  • Installing and hanging drywall

Not required, but it would be a bonus if you have skills in:

  • Ceramic tile
  • Kitchen/bathroom countertops
  • Minor plumbing
  • Minor electrical
  • Taping/plastering/mudding
  • Painting

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Carpentry: 7 years (preferred)
  • drywall and plaster: 5 years (preferred)
  • Handyman / Carpentry: 7 years (preferred)
