Full job description

Flora Foundations is a mental health and wellness center situated on a beautiful 3-acre property in the heart of St. John’s. We are committed to creating a compassionate, neuroinclusive environment where every client feels valued and understood. We offer a variety of therapeutic services designed to support mental well-being for individuals and families. We are currently seeking a skilled and empathetic Mental Health Therapist to join our team as an Independent Contractor, bringing expertise in providing personalized, evidence-based therapeutic care.

Role and Responsibilities

The Mental Health Therapist will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver therapeutic services tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

As an independent contractor with Flora Foundations, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own hours and manage your caseload in a way that works best for you.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) will be considered with strong experience and a commitment to ongoing professional developmentz
