We’re hiring an experienced Senior Outside Sales representative to take over an established territory in Langley with an active client base. This role is a mix of account management and new business development, working directly with salon owners and beauty professionals.

What you'll do:

Manage an existing book of business while continuing to grow the territory
Call on salon owners and industry professionals on a regular basis
Introduce new products, run demos, and support client growth
Prospect and onboard new accounts within your territory
Plan your own schedule and maintain consistent client coverage

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of sales experience (outside sales strongly preferred)
Experience managing a territory or book of business
Comfortable with both account management and prospecting
Organized, reliable, and self-directed
Confidence, resilience, and persistence when overcoming objections
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Valid passport (occasional travel outside of Canada may be required)

Compensation & Structure:

Independent contractor role
On-target earnings $90,000+
Commission-based structure with onboarding support
