The Frilly Lilly experience provides an elevated, relaxed, and inclusive atmosphere for clientele. Our expertise has made us leaders in the industry and has provided us with a loyal customer following.

Our brand is whimsical with a love for vintage. Each Frilly Lilly boutique carries a full range of product lines, jewellery pieces, accessories, home goods, and lifestyle items. Duties

The role of a Team Lead is to provide amazing customer service, maximize sales, and provide support for the boutique and our team.

  • Manage the front desk including appointment scheduling and retail sales.
  • Help create a positive, friendly environment for our team and all guests.
  • Assist with daily operations of the boutique.
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering.
  • Ensuring team and guests are educated on accurate product knowledge.
  • Ensure the boutique is clean, well-maintained, and meets all required health standard protocols.
  • Provide customer support to guests as needed.
  • Support the teams by reviewing key daily tasks and validating accuracy.
  • Become an expert in our booking software and serve as a key contact for troubleshooting and team support.

  • Previous experience within the industry (spa, beauty, cosmetics, fashion) is fantastic!
  • Ability to multitask is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Enthusiastic and extremely personable.
  • Reliable, dependable and self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
