About the Role

The Manager, Client Accounts (Social) sits at the intersection of client service, strategy, and social media execution delivering social media campaigns for clients. This role will manage and grow brand’s online presence by creating content, engaging with audiences, promoting products or services, and maintaining a positive image across social media platforms. The role helps increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth through effective social media communication and strategy.

You’ll contribute by:


  • Support the management of Agency of Record (AOR) accounts, contributing to account planning, resourcing, execution, and overall strategic direction.
  • Identify and help drive opportunities for business growth, supporting the maximization of revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction across assigned accounts.
  • Oversee day-to-day client activity, including campaign execution, performance tracking, and preparation of client-facing deliverables such as quarterly business reviews.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams on resource planning, timelines, and execution to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop a strong understanding of clients’ businesses, including key priorities, challenges, competitive landscape, and target audiences.
  • Lead key components of strategic planning for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.
  • Translate client business and brand objectives into actionable social strategies and insight-driven creative briefs.
  • Partner closely with Strategy and Community Management teams to ensure adherence to platform best practices and brand guidelines.
  • Support the development and implementation of agency best practices to enable consistent, high-quality execution across accounts.
  • Collaborate with Production and Analytics teams, providing input at key stages to ensure campaigns are executed to a high standard and optimized based on performance insights.
  • Manage and support a cross-functional team, ensuring clear delegation of responsibilities while fostering engagement, accountability, and strong performance.
  • Mentor and develop team members, including Community Managers, Strategists, and Account Managers, through ongoing coaching and constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting onboarding, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional development.
  • Oversee clients’ social channel activity, guiding Strategists in the development and evolution of social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Support the development of client-facing presentations, including campaign reports and quarterly business reviews, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic alignment.
  • Partner with senior leadership to support AOR growth initiatives through ideation, planning, and execution.
  • Contribute to the achievement of key business KPIs, supporting the profitable delivery of services across assigned accounts.
  • Identify and support organic growth opportunities within existing client portfolios to drive incremental revenue.
  • Partner with internal teams and direct reports to identify and act on revenue opportunities and evolving client needs.
  • Support oversight of program budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered within agreed financial parameters.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of scope of work, financial structures, and billing processes, and support the management of any scope or plan changes
