TITLE: AI Corporate Training & Solutions Specialist
POSITION OVERVIEW: Alexander Innovation Center is seeking a high-caliber, hands-on specialist to design, customize, and deliver practical AI corporate training while also supporting client discovery, consultative needs assessment, and external market engagement.
This role is not limited to classroom delivery. The successful candidate will meet with business clients, identify operational pain points, translate those needs into training and advisory opportunities, and help shape the market-facing presence of AIC’s corporate AI services.
The position is intended as an execution-focused hire with visible commercial impact, helping Alexander Innovation Center establish a scalable corporate training and solutions function for local businesses and organizations.

WHO WE ARE: Alexander Innovation Centre (AIC) is a dynamic startup based in Vancouver, BC, formed in partnership with Alexander College. AIC focuses on advancing technological innovation across areas such as artificial intelligence(AI), machine learning, data analytics, and advanced engineering. At AIC, we move quickly from prototype to production, with a strong focus on reliability, clarity, and meaningful impact.
EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, technology, information systems, education, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in corporate training, AI enablement, digital transformation, consulting, learning design, or applied technology solutions.
- Demonstrated experience delivering professional workshops, training sessions, or facilitation for adult learners in workplace or corporate environments.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to assess needs and translate operational challenges into practical solutions.
- Experience developing training materials, learning resources, or applied learning content.
- Voice AI experience (ASR/TTS, telephony/real-time audio streaming, speech UX, multilingual support) preferred.
- Strong understanding of practical AI tools and applications in workplace environments.
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices, governance considerations, and data privacy principles.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and deliver corporate workshops, seminars, executive briefings, and training sessions on practical AI applications in workplace environments
- Facilitate training sessions demonstrating how AI tools can improve workflows in administration, operations, marketing, communications, customer service, and knowledge work
- Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand organizational needs and opportunities for AI adoption
- Support pilot engagements by clarifying requirements and assisting with implementation planning
- Develop reusable training assets including slide decks, facilitator guides, exercises, templates, case studies, and prompt libraries
- Create industry-specific versions of AI training programs
- Participate in external presentations, networking events, webinars, and promotional sessions
- Support outreach efforts to businesses interested in AI training and advisory services
- Collaborate with Alexander Innovation Center leadership and Alexander College teams to align initiatives with institutional priorities
