Job Description

Learn the business. Lead the business.

If you are graduating in 2026 or 2027, or are a recent graduate, and want more than a traditional entry-level role, Guillevin’s Corporate Management Trainee Rotational Program is designed to give you hands-on experience across the core areas of our business while preparing you for future leadership opportunities.

We also welcome applications from candidates who have previously completed a college or university program and are looking to build a long-term career in supply chain operations and sales leadership.

Over approximately three years, you will build hands-on experience across operations, sales, purchasing, inventory, customer service, and business development, gaining a complete understanding of how a Guillevin Business Centre operates and how to lead one successfully.

The long-term goal is to prepare high-performing participants for future leadership opportunities, including the potential to manage existing and new Business Centers within the Province of Ontario and take ownership of its people, customers, sales, operations, and profitability.

What you will learn:

With support and mentorship from experienced managers you will learn by doing while rotating through key areas of the business. You will build practical experience in:

  • Warehouse and inventory operations

  • Customer service and counter sales

  • Inside Sales

  • Outside Sales

  • Purchasing and supplier relationships

  • Customer relationship management

  • Operational planning

  • Financial and business performance

  • Team leadership and employee development

  • Branch profitability and decision-making

Where this can take you

The primary goal of the program is to prepare you to become a Business Centre Manager, giving you the experience and business knowledge needed to lead a Guillevin location. Along the way, the program also builds skills that can open the door to other career paths across Guillevin, including:

  • Outside Sales / Account Management

  • Inside Sales

  • Operations Management

  • Project Management

For ambitious individuals, the long-term opportunity is to run a Business Centre with the autonomy and accountability of an entrepreneur while having the resources and support of a major Canadian organization behind you.

Who we are looking for

We welcome students and recent graduates from all majors and academic backgrounds, with particular interest in candidates from Business, Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain & Operations, Entrepreneurship, Sales, and Marketing programs. Your academic background matters, but your mindset matters more.

You may be a strong fit if you are:

  • Ambitious and motivated to grow into leadership

  • Entrepreneurial and comfortable taking ownership

  • Strong with people and confident building relationships

  • Interested in sales, operations, and business management

  • Motivated by measurable results and personal performance

  • Curious about how businesses operate and grow

  • Willing to learn through hands-on experience

  • Comfortable taking initiative and solving problems

  • Looking to build a long-term career, not just find your first job
