Full job description

Leggat Burlington Mazda is looking for a Service Advisor! Excellent earning potential with a base pay and generous upside bonus structure driven by increasing business volume and excellence in customer service performance.

Compensation: Base salary of $44,000 to $54,000 plus performance bonus with on Target Earnings of $70,000 - $90,000 per year (uncapped bonus allows for even more for high performers)

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday (7:30am to 5:00pm Tuesday-Friday, 7:30am to 12noon Saturday)

Your Role:

  • Work with customers to understand their needs.
  • Work with customers to answer questions or concerns.
  • Understand the progress of work being done on customer vehicles by liaising with automotive technicians.
  • Ensure that customer vehicles are adequately cared for and keep the customer updated on the progress of their repairs.
  • Complete a follow-up to ensure that customers have no additional questions about the repair of their vehicle.
  • Additional duties assigned.


Successful Candidates Possess:

  • Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
  • Previous experience as an automotive service advisor
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and high attention to detail.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer skills and understanding of technology.
  • Experience with CDK & PBS software is considered an asset.
