CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
- Are you energized by the idea of stepping into a founder-led company with real momentum? One that has averaged 72% growth year-over-year for the past 10 years, is entirely self-funded, and is now ready for its first true operational leader?
- Do you love taking entrepreneurial energy, founder vision, and strong market demand and transforming it into a professionally operated, highly scalable business built for the next stage of growth?
- Are you the kind of operations leader who sees a fast- growing company with amazing people, great culture, and huge opportunity, and immediately starts identifying how to create more clarity, accountability, and execution quality?
- Have you been looking for an opportunity where you’re not simply inheriting a mature corporate machine, but stepping into a proven, founder-led, fully bootstrapped growth company and helping architect what an exceptional COO function should look like from the ground up?
- Do you thrive working alongside ambitious founders who move fast, think big, care deeply about impact, and want a true operating partner to help turn vision into operational reality?
- Are you excited by the opportunity to help professionalize and elevate an entire industry, while directly improving the businesses, livelihoods, and quality of life of entrepreneurs across the entire continent?
- Do you want to build something meaningful inside a company that already has the traction, profitability, reputation, and proven foundation, but still has an enormous runway ahead?
If this sounds like you, read on.

THE BENEFITS
- An opportunity to operate as the CEO's primary execution partner inside a high performing, consistently profitable, founder-led business
- Own the internal operating engine of the business, across Operations, People & Culture, Revenue, and Member Experience
- Work at the center of a fast growing, tech driven training company, supporting over 750 business leaders across North America
- Create a massive impact on how Breakthrough Academy executes, scales, and performs day to day
- Be part of a company where execution quality directly shows up in real business outcomes for our Members
- Enjoy a highly competitive executive compensation package that includes a strong base salary, performance based bonus structure
- Succeed alongside the organizational growth you help create through meaningful stock options
- Enjoy amazing travel perks and company events in epic locations - our team events this year range from the warm beaches of Cabo to the serene outdoors in Canmore
