Department: Fotile Canada Subsidiary

Reporting To: General Manager of Fotile Canada Subsidiary

Work Location: Toronto

Job Positioning:

Fully responsible for overall business coordination in Eastern Canada, focusing on key regions including Ontario and Quebec. Undertake channel development and refined maintenance to build a stable, growth-oriented regional channel network. Simultaneously implement the company’s product strategy and regional promotion layout to ensure the smooth delivery of local orders and high-quality after-sales support. Possess excellent management awareness, and will take the lead in building the local team and management system in the future, balancing short-term performance goals, in-depth market cultivation and long-term standardized operation and development of the region.

I. Core Job Responsibilities

1. Business Overall Planning & Target Achievement:In strict alignment with the company’s overall corporate strategy, develop medium-to-long-term, annual and quarterly business plans for Eastern Canada, covering sales expansion, marketing promotion and customer development. Establish core KPIs including regional sales volume, market share, customer retention rate and terminal compliance rate. Oversee the full-cycle implementation of sales activities and ensure the steady delivery of all regional business objectives.Ultimately sustain healthy regional operations (including business scale, accounts receivable, inventory, etc.) and achieve overall business performance goals.

2. Channel Development & Customer Management:Take full ownership of the exploration, business negotiation and contract signing of distributors, large retail supermarkets and engineering partners across Eastern Canada, and continuously expand high-quality partner resources. Manage daily communication, in-depth relationship maintenance and full-life cycle operation of core local clients such as retail terminals, distributors and engineering customers, so as to stabilize cooperative relations and steadily improve channel loyalty, repurchase rate and cooperation scale.

3. Product Launch & Market Operation:Fully implement the company’s product strategy, and promote localized product layout and targeted regional marketing campaigns based on the market characteristics and consumption habits of Eastern Canada. Conduct regular research on regional market dynamics, competitor activities and industry regulations, and submit periodic market & competitive analysis reports to support data-driven decisions on product iteration, pricing strategy adjustment and regional business optimization.

4. Customer Satisfaction Optimization:Coordinate with relevant functional departments and subsidiaries to optimize the after-sales service system in Eastern Canada. Comply strictly with local Canadian after-sales and warranty laws and regulations, efficiently resolve customer after-sales requests via closed-loop management, and continuously enhance service experience and local brand reputation.

5. Cross-Department Collaboration & Compliant Management:Collaborate with service, finance, marketing and other departments to coordinate end-to-end workflows including order processing and logistics fulfillment, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient daily business operation. Strictly abide by Canada’s federal and provincial trade laws, industry codes and labor standards, establish a regional business risk early warning mechanism, and fully mitigate operational risks in marketing, logistics, compliance and other fields.

6. Other Responsibilities:Support company overall operation arrangements, and efficiently complete temporary assignments and special tasks assigned by the General Manager.

II. Job Requirements

(I) Education and Major

Bachelor's degree or above, major in International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, Business English, or related fields is preferred.

(II) Work Experience

1. More than 5 years of overseas regional management experience, including more than 3 years of regional management experience in Canada. Familiarity with the characteristics, channel structure, and industry policies of the home appliance or kitchen appliance market in Eastern Canada is preferred; experience in the home appliance industry in Eastern Canada is a plus.

2. Possess complete experience in regional business development from 0 to 1, channel construction, team management, and performance achievement, with successful cases of regional market breakthroughs, and the operation mode of local Canadian home appliance retail channels is preferred.

3. Experience in regional management in overseas subsidiaries or multinational enterprises, and experience in compliance operation is preferred.

(III) Core Competencies

1. Operational Awareness: Possess strong regional operational awareness and profit-oriented thinking, coordinate the control of business scale, inventory, accounts receivable,product sales mix and expenses, and ensure the healthy and sustainable development of regional business as well as the delivery of operational targets.

2. Market Insight and Strategy Implementation Ability: Ability to accurately capture market trends, user needs, and competitor dynamics in Eastern Canada, formulate implementable regional business plans combined with product characteristics, and have a strong sense of goals and result orientation.

3. Business Negotiation and Channel Development Ability: Excellent business negotiation and communication and coordination abilities, able to efficiently develop various channels (such as retail, engineering) and new customers in Eastern Canada, maintain old customers, build and optimize the regional channel network, and deal with various problems in market competition and cooperation.

4. Customer Management and After-sales Coordination Ability: Sound customer management thinking, able to efficiently maintain core customer relationships and accurately meet customer needs; possess after-sales coordination ability, able to standardize after-sales processes, coordinate after-sales resources, and properly handle after-sales complaints and disputes.

5. Cross-departmental Collaboration Ability: Able to efficiently coordinate with relevant departments of the subsidiary such as orders, warehousing, and logistics, solve cross-departmental connection problems in business operation, and ensure the smooth operation of links such as product delivery and after-sales service.

6. Compliance Awareness and Risk Control Ability: Familiar with relevant Canadian laws and regulations, labor standards, trade rules, and industry compliance requirements (such as product certification, after-sales warranty), possess a strong sense of compliance operation, and be able to effectively avoid various risks in regional business (compliance, market, logistics, etc.).

7. Pressure Resistance and Adaptability: Able to withstand the pressure of regional business development and performance achievement, adapt to business trip needs in different cities in Eastern Canada, possess strong emergency response ability, and be able to deal with sudden market situations (such as inventory shortages, after-sales crises, etc.).

(IV) Language and Other Requirements

1. Language Ability: Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to independently carry out business negotiations, customer communication, and team management work as the working language; Proficiency in Chinese is preferred (facilitating communication with the headquarters).

2. Other Requirements: Hold a valid Canadian work permit, familiar with local Canadian business culture, etiquette habits, and consumption market characteristics; possess good professional ethics, be honest and responsible, proactive, and have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit; proficient in Microsoft Office software; able to adapt to frequent business trips in the region; understanding of product characteristics and brand philosophy is preferred.

III. Salary and Benefits

1. Salary: Provide competitive salary in Canada, Salary negotiable.
