About the Role

We are seeking a technically minded and customer-focused Support & Integration Specialist to join our Customer Support & Integration team.

This position is a Technical Support and Customer Success role. You will work directly with civil, government, and military customers worldwide to provide technical support and configure APS software solutions, deliver customer training, and help ensure successful implementation of our products and services.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem solving, customer interaction, technology, and working in a dynamic environment where no two days are exactly the same.

What You’ll Do

· Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers in accordance with Company Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

· Develop and maintain a strong understanding of APS products, services, and customer use cases

· Train internal and external customers on APS software and services

· Identify training opportunities based on customer feedback and product updates

· Configure customer deliveries within APS software platforms including Insight, FAS, and Lumina

· Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requirements

· Perform software testing and validation activities

· Detect, document, and track software defects

· Collaborate with development teams to resolve software issues

· Provide feedback regarding software performance, usability, and functionality

· Verify customer configurations and deliverables prior to deployment

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships

· Understand customer goals, operational requirements, and support needs

· Track customer interactions, product usage, and support activity

· Identify opportunities for additional products and services where appropriate

· Due to the global nature of APS Aerospace's customer base, participation in an after-hours support rotation may be required.

What You Bring

· Post-secondary education in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

· Experience with one or more of the following: Microsoft SQL, Power BI, Python, JavaScript, YAML, JSON, or similar technologies

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

· Strong customer service and relationship management skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

· Aviation industry experience

· Flight Data Analysis experience

· Pilot Licence (PPL), Ground School, or aviation-related education

· Familiarity with AI tools and technologies

Additional Information

Work Location: On-Site (Mon – Fri) at 1420 Blair Towers Place (Ottawa, ON)

Salary: $65,000-$80,000 CAD Annually based on qualifications and experience
