Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual for our Inside Sales and Administration position. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Duties

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, directing calls as necessary.
  • Provide quotations to clients in person and via email, and follow up on those quotations.
  • Support our Account Managers by helping them fill orders, and let customers know when products have arrived.
  • Greet customers at our store and help them fill and retrieve orders.
  • Shipping & Receiving stock from vendors and bringing to our upstairs inventory room.
  • Manage shipping and receiving of packages for other branches and client locations.
  • Responsible for maintaining the required inventory stock.
  • Responsible for keeping a clean and oraganized office frontage, and making sure we are stocked on office & cleaning supplies.
  • Various administrative duties such as RMAs, posting cheques, etc.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with a CRM software and/or Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in sales support or customer service is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn about new products and technologies.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
