Key Responsibilities:

• Perform concrete coring, cutting, and drilling tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Operate and maintain specialized equipment including core drills, saws, and related tools.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe worksite environment.
• Work closely with project managers and team members to meet deadlines and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure top performance and longevity.
• Keep accurate logs of work completed and materials used.
• Stay current with industry techniques and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in concrete coring, cutting, or general labour is required.
• Knowledge of job site safety standards and practices.
• Ability to safely operate and maintain heavy equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and work accuracy.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling heavy tools and materials.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying site conditions, including heights.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.91-$42.73 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 42 per week

Experience:

• concrete coring: 1 year (preferred)
