Location: Surrey, BC; hybrid.

Start Date: Aug 03, 2026 (or within two weeks’ notice).

Duration: Twelve (12) months initial contract; extendible for up to another (3) months.

Project / Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Microstrategy Cloud to lead the migration of the existing MicroStrategy platform from its legacy on-premise environment to the Strategy Cloud platform. The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for overall project leadership and delivery, including vendor coordination, contract development, governance, stakeholder engagement, planning, execution, migration oversight, change management, and transition to sustained operations. Provide end-to-end Project Management services to plan, govern, deliver, and operationalize the migration of the MicroStrategy platform from on-premise infrastructure to Strategy Cloud, ensuring business continuity, mitigating system end-of-life and vendor support risks, and enabling a modern, secure, and scalable enterprise analytics platform across Health Authority (HA).

Responsibilities / Deliverables:

The Sr. Project Manager responsibilities/deliverables may include, but may not be limited to:

  • Establish and manage project governance aligned with HA PMO and Digital.

b. Serve as the central coordination point across Finance, Employee Experience, Payroll, Contract Management, Supply Management, Digital Enablement, IMITS, HA infrastructure teams, Integration, Privacy, Security, and the vendor.

  • Lead and support development of a net new cloud services contract for the MicroStrategy Strategy Cloud solution.
  • Lead technical and business requirements validation for migration.
  • Oversee configuration of MicroStrategy Cloud environments, including intelligence, web, and user tools.
  • Coordinate Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) and Security Threat & Risk Assessment (STRA) activities.
  • Lead end-to-end testing strategy across environments, including infrastructure, metadata,
  • Plan and manage go-live activities, including phased migration where applicable.
  • Approved Project Charter, Project Plan, Work Plan, and RACI.
  • Governance Framework, Risk & Issue Register, and Executive Status Reports
  • Vendor and Contract Management Artifacts (including new cloud contract documentation).
  • Operational Runbook, Knowledge Transfer Materials, and Project Close-out Report.

Experience / Skills Requirements:

The Sr. Project Manager should have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

1. Degree, Diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience in related field.

2. 7+ years in project management and related role.

3. Proponents must demonstrate proven project management experience, supported by explicit project references, particularly in the

4. Strong candidates will have led cloud‑based, multi‑tenant SaaS implementations and demonstrate experience , and
