Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS software
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling and service
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations to promote a welcoming environment
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
• Manage guest inquiries or concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Requirements

• Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
• Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately
• Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences
