Your Impact

As an Enrolment Coordinator, you'll be the first impression of MC College. You'll guide prospective students through one of the biggest decisions of their lives while helping them discover exciting career opportunities.

Every day is different, and every conversation has the potential to change someone's future.

In this role, you will:

  • Build meaningful relationships with prospective students and their families
  • Guide applicants through every step of the admissions and enrolment process
  • Conduct engaging campus tours and information sessions
  • Represent MC College at career fairs, high schools, and community events
  • Follow up with prospective students using phone, email, text, and social media
  • Achieve enrolment goals while delivering an exceptional student experience
  • Maintain accurate records and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Work closely with a collaborative team dedicated to student success

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education
  • Sales experience is required
  • Customer service experience is considered a strong asset
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience using social media and digital communication platforms
  • Experience with Adobe products is an asset
