Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizzaiolo to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, pizza crafting, and kitchen operations, with a focus on delivering high-quality, authentic pizzas in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase culinary expertise and contribute to a vibrant dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Manage dough preparation, topping assembly, and baking processes with precision.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Assist with menu planning and suggest new pizza varieties or toppings to enhance customer offerings.
  • Handle food ingredients safely, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy hours.
  • Uphold high standards of food presentation and taste to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and kitchen operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food preparation, kitchen work, or restaurant service; culinary experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
  • Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques.
