Company Introduction:

Aqua Royale Health Club is a large, high-end wellness and leisure center that integrates dining, wellness services, Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies, and RMT registered massage treatments. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive health and relaxation experience for our guests. The club spans approximately 60,000 square feet with fully equipped facilities and a serene, comfortable environment—an ideal destination for physical and mental rejuvenation. We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing team. The specific responsibilities and qualifications are listed below:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall operations and management of the dining area; work closely with the kitchen team to ensure food quality, service procedures, and customer satisfaction.

2. Develop menu plans, control ingredient costs, and supervise the implementation of food safety and hygiene standards.

3. Manage the service team, formulate training plans, and improve service levels and team cohesion.

4. Monitor daily business data, regularly analyze revenue performance, and optimize operational strategies.

5. Handle customer complaints and promptly improve service processes and product quality.

Qualifications:

1. Fluent in Mandarin and English (Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean is a plus).

2. College diploma or above, preferably in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or related fields.

3. Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience; experience in high-end restaurants, clubs, or bathhouse dining operations is preferred.

4. Familiar with local food safety regulations and service standards.

5. Strong team management skills, customer service awareness, and ability to perform under pressure.

6. Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to collaborate effectively with other departments.

7. Proficient in common restaurant management systems; able to read and analyze operational data.fast-paced environment.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
