Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team! If you’re passionate about Mexican food and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking (chopping vegetables, slicing meats, making salsas, etc.)
  • Follow authentic Mexican recipes and kitchen procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas
  • Assist line cooks and chefs as needed
  • Ensure food is fresh and properly stored
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

  • Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred (especially in Mexican cuisine)
  • Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Food Handler’s Certification (or willing to obtain)
