About Us

Kozak Ukrainian Restaurant is a fast-growing hospitality brand focused on authentic, high-quality Ukrainian cuisine. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for passionate, reliable, and growth-minded cooks to join our back-of-house team.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute dishes across hot, cold, and expo stations during service
  • Assist with prep to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
  • Follow food safety standards and assist with kitchen cleaning

What We’re Looking For

  • Preferred 1+ year of kitchen experience (motivated beginners welcome)
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Reliable, responsible, and hardworking
  • Weekend availability
  • Experience with KDS systems is an asset

Compensation & Growth

  • Probation Period (6 weeks): $19/hour + tips
  • After Probation: $21–$25/hour + tips (based on performance, reliability, and versatility)

This is a universal line cook role — you’ll be trained to work across all stations (hot, cold, expo), making versatility key to your success and growth.
