Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency, ensuring high-quality food service for our guests. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, contributing to a positive dining experience through excellent food preparation and food safety practices. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
  • Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
  • Ensure timely delivery of dishes to meet service standards
  • Support other kitchen staff during busy periods and collaborate effectively as part of the team
  • Adhere to restaurant policies regarding serving, food handling, and sanitation protocols

Skills

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant setting
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
  • Familiarity with meal preparation and food industry best practices
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent understanding of kitchen operations, including serving and food service procedures
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members
