On behalf of our Client, a large manufacturing company of plastic products, we are looking for Converting Operators.

This opportunity is a direct-hire placement with our Client.

Job Duties
  • Operate assigned machinery as an individual or alongside teammates
  • Performs quality checks every 15 min. on the products that are being produced (Size, look, defect, etc.)
  • Makes minor adjustments to the machinery as required.
  • Disposes of their waste in the proper location (s).
  • Demonstrates safe work procedures at all the times.
  • Other duties as required.
Requirements
  • High School diploma
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Ability to read basic measurements instruments
Working Conditions
  • Twelve (12) hour shifts
  • This role requires successful candidates to follow a rotating schedule of shifts
  • A rotation of one (1) month of day shifts, followed by one (1) month of overnight shifts
  • Required to stand for long periods of time.
  • Changing environmental conditions (hot/cold). What’s in it for you?
    • $19.53/hour starting rate, incrementally increasing to $20.93/hour when fully trained (1 year)
