Regional Recruitment Specialist Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding
- Develop and execute high-volume sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job boards, social media, community partnerships)
- Screen candidates and assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and operational stakeholders
- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing business needs
- Partner closely with Operations to anticipate hiring demands and track recruitment progress
- Ensure a consistent, compliant, and efficient recruitment process aligned with company standards
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support workforce planning and hiring success
Regional Recruitment Specialist Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and candidate management
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with competing priorities
