Regional Recruitment Specialist Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding
  • Develop and execute high-volume sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job boards, social media, community partnerships)
  • Screen candidates and assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and operational stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing business needs
  • Partner closely with Operations to anticipate hiring demands and track recruitment progress
  • Ensure a consistent, compliant, and efficient recruitment process aligned with company standards
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support workforce planning and hiring success


Regional Recruitment Specialist Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and candidate management
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with competing priorities
