As we explore expanding into the Toronto area, we’re looking to connect with talented Real Estate Photographers & Videographers interested in working together. What you'll be doing on a daily basis:

• Coordinate a high volume of commercial real estate photography and videography assignments, from scheduling through final delivery.
• Capture a wide range of property types — including drone photos & footage, interior/exterior photography, and video for office, industrial, hotel, retail, multi-family, and land listings.
• Photograph everything from raw development sites and older buildings to architecturally designed showpieces and world-class facilities. As well as the occasional "lifestyle" shoot.
• Manage client communications, logistics, and scheduling with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Travel between sites across the Toronto area (a reliable vehicle is required).
• Perform photo editing and color correction consistent with top-tier industry standards.
• Troubleshoot challenges on-site and in post-production — bringing a problem-solving mindset to every project.
• Handle a high-volume workflow while maintaining quality and meeting tight deadlines.
• Work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed to accommodate access, client needs, and weather conditions.

Bonus Experience (Nice to have):

• Experience with interview-style filming, including audio and lighting setup for corporate videos, podcasts, or run-and-gun style shoots.
• Comfort collaborating with our internal post-production team to capture footage that aligns with our brand storytelling standards.
• Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is an asset.
• Comfort collaborating with our post-production and motion graphics teams to ensure consistent, high-quality visual storytelling.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in real estate photography and videography (commercial experience strongly preferred).
• Highly organized and self-directed, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. Solutions oriented.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing deadlines.
