We're looking for an organized, personable, and driven Treatment Plan Coordinator / Administrative Lead to become a key member of our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, coordinating complex care, and helping a high-performing team operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Present comprehensive treatment plans in a clear, compassionate, and confident manner.
  • Coordinate and submit insurance predeterminations for major treatment, including crowns, bridges, implants, Invisalign, full-mouth rehabilitation, and other complex procedures.
  • Guide patients through financial arrangements and scheduling to help them confidently move forward with recommended care.
  • Track treatment acceptance and follow up on outstanding treatment plans.
  • Liaise with our marketing partners to monitor new patient flow, referral sources, and marketing performance.
  • Analyze and report on key practice metrics related to patient acquisition and case acceptance.
  • Support front office operations and serve as the administrative lead, helping coordinate workflows and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
  • Work closely with our dentists and clinical team to ensure seamless communication from diagnosis through treatment completion.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous dental administration mandatory.
  • Treatment coordination experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of dental insurance and predeterminations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, confident, and compassionate when discussing treatment and finances.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using practice management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Enjoys leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to outstanding patient care.
