ICI Superintendents – Multiple Positions Available (Ontario)

StuCor Construction Ltd. is seeking experienced ICI Superintendents to join our team for upcoming projects across Ontario. We are hiring for multiple roles, including:

  • Superintendents specializing in New Construction & Renovations
  • Superintendents specializing in Interior Fit-Out & Store Fixturing
  • Candidates with experience in both areas are strongly preferred

Project Details

  • Projects located throughout Ontario (travel required)
  • Day or Night Shift (depending on project requirements)
  • Monday to Friday schedule
  • Competitive salary and benefits (To be discussed - based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all on-site trades, subcontractors, and StuCor field staff
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure efficient site operations
  • Liaise with owners, consultants, inspectors, and other stakeholders
  • Enforce StuCor’s Health & Safety policies and procedures on-site
  • Ensure work is completed to quality standards and project specifications

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of experience as an ICI Superintendent
  • Experience in one or more of the following:
  • New Construction (ICI)
  • Major & Minor Renovations
  • Interior Fit-Out & Store Fixturing
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site personnel
  • Experience with concrete, forming, and layout is considered an asset

Requirements

  • Willingness to travel across Ontario
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • WHMIS certification
  • Working at Heights certification
  • Basic Supervisory training
