Reporting directly to the Principals, the Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project planning, coordination, execution, and delivery in accordance with company standards, contractual obligations, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple building restoration and concrete rehabilitation projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Collaborate with Principals, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to establish project scope, budgeting, procurement strategies, and execution plans.
  • Prepare and review detailed project estimates, scopes of work, contracts, change orders, and tender submissions.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules to ensure timely project completion.
  • Coordinate material procurement, subcontractor scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and professional project leadership.
  • Mentor and support project coordinators, site supervisors, and field personnel.

Qualifications

  • Postsecondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of project management experience within the building restoration, concrete restoration, or general contracting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of restoration methodologies, structural concrete repair, waterproofing, masonry restoration, and building envelope systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within demanding schedules and deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement processes.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, Plan-Swift, and construction management platforms.

Pay: $75,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
